Welcome to (referred to as “Masterful CEO, LLC”, “Masterful CEO”, “Masterful”, “site”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “community”) a site developed to offer services and resources to the creatives and other entrepreneurs.  The owner and operator of this Site is Masterful CEO, LLC, (referred to as the “site”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “community”) based in Connecticut.  This Privacy Policy provides details with respect to how information is collected, used and disclosed by Masterful CEO, when utilizing our online resources, courses, and community (“services”).  Note:  The Privacy Policy does not apply to third party merchants and/or affiliate sites as the information they collect and store may differ from what is needed to utilize our site.  Additionally, the Privacy Policy will be reviewed and revised occasionally.  In the instance that a revision has been made, we will notify users/visitors by adding a notification within our site and posting the revision date at the top of the page.  Your continued utilization of our community following the revised Privacy Policy will indicate your consent to the revisions (changes or modifications).

Social Media Network Integration

Our site offers you the ability to register and login using various social media networks, i.e. Instagram, for a more streamlined experience.  If you select to do this, it will be required for you to log into and grant us permission to the specified social media network.

With this integration, the social media network will provide with access to specific data you’ve provided to them, and we will utilize and disclose that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  Please note, the social media network will have its own policies with respect to how your information is used, stored, and disclosed.  We recommend you review their privacy policy to understand how they collect, use and share your personal information and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.  Masterful CEO, LLC is not liable or responsible for the privacy practices and/or actions of any third-party service provider, in this case, social media network.

Utilization of Personal Data

Masterful CEO  will utilize your data for the intent it was provided and business development. The following are some examples:

  • Facilitate account creation and login process, i.e. if you select to link your account with us to a third-party account such as Instagram or LinkedIn

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Information submitted to for the purpose of developing a profile as a result of purchasing a course and/or service is considered confidential therefore is not sold to any third-party agencies.  In doing business, enhancing services/security and/or developing business strategies, there may be instances in which we collaborate with a third-party vendor and may require sharing your personal information without notice to you.  Following are some examples of the aforementioned:

  • Service Providers:  There may be instances in which Masterful CEO may retain a vendor, consultant or other service provider to perform business functions on our behalf.  In these instances, the only information provided to the vendor/consultant/service provided will simply be the data that is necessary to perform the specified function(s).  While service providers agree upon safeguarding the data utilized from unauthorized access, please note once the information has been disclosed to third-parties, we are unable to guarantee that they will not utilize your data for other purposes.  Subsequently, Masterful CEO, LLC is not liable for the actions or oversight of any third-party service provider.

Analytics and Advertising

In an effort to continuously enhance our service offerings and customer experience, periodically administers data analysis to gain a better understanding of data trends, customer demographics, and interests.  Information utilized during the analysis consists of both personal and de-identified (does not identify user) data so that we may disclose user statistics to staff, current and potential partners, as well as third-party service providers on an as needed basis.

Third-parties that will have access to specific data analysis include Masterful CEO advertising service providers.   Examples of data that may be shared include: web browser, page(s) clicked through, length of time on page(s), and advertisements clicked.  This information will be utilized to further develop advertising/marketing strategies to include interest-based advertisements.

Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

California Resident Privacy Rights
